1. Centrifugal Type Machine
Centrifugal type is a perfect equipment which can be produce reinforced concrete pipe and prestress reinforced concrete pipe.This machine uses the high strength riding wheel to support the mould, and through the riding wheel to drive the pipe mould high speed rotation, the concrete material will rotation with the mould. The riding wheel also produce the centrifugal force,so the concrete material will be pushed to the mould inwall together. Release the air and excess moisture in concrete material,to form high strength concrete pipe.

2.Roller Type Machine
Suspension roller type concrete pipe machine(Roller hanging type concrete pipe machine) is a kind of machine to produce concrete pipes and Pre-stress concrete pipe. This machine use the roller to support the pipe mould ,and produce roller force to the concrete in the mould. When the roller rotate at a high speed, the concrete in the mould will spread in the inner wall of the pipe mould and form a cement pipe with the centrifugal force. And when the mould with the inner concrete pass on the roller, the concrete between the mould and roller will be compacted solid to form a pipe(This machine uses the rotation of roller axle and steel mould to produce rolling pressure and centrifugal force and makes the mixed cement material shape into a pipe)

3 Vibration Type
The vibrator (also called mandrel) that embedded in the internal model can generate high frequency vibration force by high-speed rotation , affect to the vibrating ring through the internal model, then transfer to the external mold ,the vibration force of internal and external mold makes the concrete molding compaction , then forming the perfect concrete pipe

4 Reinforcing Cage Machine
Reinforcing cage weave machine adopts the way of pushing forward, has the functions which change the diameter automatically, can weld the reinforcing frame of cement pipe with the ends of socket and plug type, can weld the reinforcing frame of cement pipe with the ends of flat mouth and the socket angle can be adjustable.

The electric system adopts the advanced means of digital control, synchronous control and frequency control, improve the control precision of the machine. Through operation ,the machine is steady and reliable in performance , accurate and swift in changing diameter ,simple in use and high in production efficiency.
